S. Scott Tauber Bio
Dr. Scott Tauber is COO and lead instructor of the American Institute of Personal Injury Physicians (AIPIP). He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1984 from Life Chiropractic College and is both a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedics (DABCO) and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). Dr. Tauber maintained an active clinical practice for over 20 years all the while personally consulting with various types of healthcare professionals who have benefited from his successful programs and systems. He has served as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defense attorneys, has been an independent chiropractic consultant for automobile insurance carriers and state regulatory agencies. Dr. Tauber is a frequent guest speaker at professional and med-legal conferences, state association events and professional schools and has been published in state and national journals.
Dr. Scott Munsterman, DC FICC

Dr. Scott Munsterman is founder and CEO of Best Practices Academy and an acknowledged expert on the transforming model of health care delivery with a commitment to the promotion and advancement of the chiropractic profession.Dr. Munsterman is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University, where he has served as Vice-chair of the Board of Trustees and on the President’s Cabinet as Chief of Care Delivery.
He was awarded Chiropractor of the Year in South Dakota and the Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors (FICC).Dr. Munsterman served two terms as Mayor of the City of Brookings and three consecutive terms in the South Dakota House of Representatives, where he chaired the House Health and Human Services Committee and the Legislative Planning Committee.
He is author of the books “A Vision for South Dakota”, “Care Delivery and Chiropractic: An Opportunity Waiting”, and “Unfinished Business”.

Dr. Scott Bautch is the former CEO of Allied Health Chiropractic Centers, the largest doctor-owned Chiropractic group in the country; he has also served on the Board of Directors since it was founded in 1994. Currently, Dr. Scott Bautch maintains an active practice in Wausau Wisconsin, and is married and has six children.
In 1983, he completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic. He also completed a Diplomat in Occupational Health, and several certificates and programs related to occupational health and sports injuries.
Currently, he sits on the American Chiropractic Association Business Development and Revenue Committee. Past chairman positions he held was chairman of NCHPP Chiropractic Quality Assurance Committee, past chairman of Security Health Plan Chiropractic Quality Assurance Committee, and past chairman of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association on Occupational Health Board. He also served as the Past president of the American Chiropractic Association Council on Occupational Health, the International Academy of Chiropractic Occupational Health Board, on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association, on the American Chiropractic Workers Compensation Committee, and as an advisor on the 365 ANSI committee on Carpal Tunnel. Past memberships he participated in were the WPS Chiropractic Committee and WPS Medical Committee.
Along with serving for several different boards and committees, Scott also finds time to present and consult to several industries, which to-date includes over 2,000 industries touched by his knowledge and passion for Chiropractic. He also co-authored the manual Industrial Carpal Tunnel Manual for Physicians and the book Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: A Practical Guide for Those Who Work With Their Hands.

Dr. Timothy Wakefield, DC, DACBSP, CSCS, CCST

Dr. Timothy S. Wakefield graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1989. He is a Diplomate in the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. He a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is Certified in Chiropractic Spinal Trauma.
He is in full time practice with his wife (Lorelei N. Wakefield DC, CCST) in Park Falls, WI. They have 3 boys. He has been actively involved with athletes, on the field and in the office, for over 20 years at all levels of play.
He has taught multiple programs, written books and manuals on chiropractic clinical procedures, clinical documentation, CPT coding and other related topics. He enjoys developing systems and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability during these demanding times time’s in healthcare.
He was recently one of the team members that helped Allied Health Chiropractic Centers develop there EHR system for 70+ DC and over 225 employees. He is currently assisting Northwestern Health Sciences University with the development of their new EHR system, GE Centricity. His focus is on establishing, fast, efficient, compliant clinical content for EHR systems.
Dr. Wakefield has published multiple articles and books, and speaks frequently on many health related topics.

Dr. Karen’s work with BPA involves guiding practices through NCQA’s PCCC recognition and in achieving full accreditation through the AAAHC. She is an NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert and a Certified PQRS Healthcare Professional.
Her passion ignites in helping practices engage in understanding their culture and becoming learning organizations. Her doctoral research was in change management and she has worked facilitating change in organizations for nearly 20 years. Her expertise spans bio-energy, education and healthcare industries. She believes in challenging the status quo and is considered an inspirational innovator in both professional and personal endeavors. She is a nationally certified counselor who believes in helping individuals and organizations actualize their potential. Dr. Korth has a post-doctoral certification from William Bridges in Managing Transitions and is a certified Practice Facilitator for the PCMH via the University of Buffalo in New York.

Trevor Seales is a 2006 graduate of Oklahoma State University. Following his undergraduate degree in Accounting he completed graduate work at the University of Tulsa and was awarded a Master of Taxation degree. He is a Certified Public Accountant through the Minnesota Board of Accountancy and enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent.
The primary scope of his private practice is small businesses in areas such as Chiropractic, Agriculture and Retail.
Dr. Steven R. Conway, DC, DACBOH, Esq.
A second generation chiropractor with a dedicated passion to enhancing and protecting the chiropractic profession. He is a partner in Madison, Wisconsin based DeWitt Ross & Stevens, the largest law firm in Madison. His law practice consists primarily of health law and government relations with a strong focus on Medicare audit defense.
As past chair of the ACA Medicare Audit Defense Task Force, he established a national defense system to assist chiropractors with Medicare Audits. He also co-developed a national Medicare documentation project with Dr. Michael Jacklitch. Drs. Conway and Jacklitch worked one on one with the Chief Medical Directors of all of the Medicare Contractors to create a universal document for interpretation of required chiropractic documentation for Medicare. Subsequent educational programs provided by Drs. Conway and Jacklitch based on the new universal document has led to a dramatic decrease in the chiropractic documentation error ratio and a viable solution to allowing chiropractors to finally understand what is the correct required documentation.
Having served as a regulator with the Wisconsin Chiropractic Examining board for nearly a decade, he fully understands the responsibilities of each state board in protecting the public and maintaining the reputation of the chiropractic profession. Dr. Conway currently serves as Vice President on the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Dr. Chad Munsterman, DC
A graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1997 with a certificate in acupuncture. Dr. Munsterman has been in a Multi-doctor integrated practice for the past 18 years. He has utilized acupuncture in his daily practice emphasizing in the treatment and management of chronic pain, headaches, fertility, acute facet pain, and complimentary care for cancer patients. In the past several years Dr. Munsterman receives referrals from and co-manages patients with several other healthcare providers. He is currently devoting time to NCQA’s early adopter program for the patient centered connective care (PCCC) practice recognition program.
Dr. Thomas Wilson, DC
A graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1979 with a certification in acupuncture. Dr. Wilson also attained certification as a C.C.S.P. A past NWCC alumni of the year his experience includes 35 years of practice incorporating acupuncture with the most recent years focusing on modern evidence based acupuncture.
He is a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS). The BMAS promotes the use of acupuncture as a therapy following orthodox medical diagnosis by suitably trained practitioners. In the past several years Dr. Wilson has attended teaching clinics by the BMAS at the Royal London Hospital of Integrated Medicine.

Dr. Estebo started practice in 1983 in Roseville MN and quickly grew to a point that needed associates and had great success developing young Chiropractors. He figured out to help them get into their own practice as a partner when they showed they had what it takes to be successful and with that model has had 20 practices start up as a result.
He has been coaching and mentoring DC's for the past 17 years and really enjoys helping doctors reach and surpass their dreams and goals. He is a very strong proponent of developing systems and procedures to help doctors in their office to be able to provide consistent, efficient, and well educated care. His favorite saying is "All business is show business- and whoever puts on the best show will have the biggest business!" And systems allow for easier and faster training of staff as well as helping to provide high quality motivating care.
Personally he enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, tennis, playing guitar and piano, as well as time at the cabin.
