Sick and tired of Medicare Claims Denials?

Now Medicare Documentation requirements are simple to understand!

Why guess or continue to be confused, when you can easily implement the changes outlined in the Medicare Playbook.

What is it?

The Medicare Playbook provides both Chiropractors and Chiropractic Assistants with the specific playbook of knowledge related to the information and interpretation that the Medicare Administrative Contractors clinical reviewers use to determine medical necessity of chiropractic records. By applying the very simple and understandable procedures outlined in this 3-part series, Chiropractors will have greater success in managing Medicare cases.

In the past, expert after expert has provided their interpretation of what they believe Medicare requires, and unfortunately it has only accomplished making chiropractors more confused.

Over the past 3 years, Dr. Steve Conway & Dr. Michael Jacklitch worked one on one with all Medicare Contractors and CMS to develop a universal document that clarifies exactly what is and is not required. They also worked with the Medicare Contractors to provide training to the claims reviewers so that they understand the new agreement and documentation requirements.

This is the new playbook for Medicare documentation, and it is available to all chiropractors to understand and implement.

3 Part Webinar Series

Medicare Playbook:
Subsequent Visit Must Have’s

Documentation for each subsequent visit – are you completing all requirements to make sure this is meeting the Medicare standards? Do you have the bases covered in your documentation to prove your care relates to the initial diagnosis – and are you showing what reviewers are looking for in your notes? The answers to these questions and more will be covered.

The webinars for initial and subsequent visits provide the DC with the basics for the majority of their Medicare patients. However, every office has patients that do not quite fit into the normal pattern. This webinar will help DC’s with how to handle the tougher cases. It would be helpful for DCs to submit questions prior to the webinar to allow for the best available response.
