Registration Policy

Payment is required at time of registration. 100% of virtual live and on-demand registrations are non-refundable. Payment must be completed before registration is confirmed.

No Show Policy

We do not issue refunds on cancellations.

Policy for Grievance Resolution

If a participant has a grievance regarding a continuing education course, a full description of the grievance must be submitted in writing to the Best Practices Academy at 2301 Research Park Way, Brookings, SD 57006, Attn: Continuing Education. Upon assessment of the circumstances surrounding the grievance, the CEO will make a determination as to the validity of the complaint and the degree (if any) of the Academy’s responsibility.

Resolution may include any of the following:

  • Tuition fees may be waived
  • Tuition fees may be reduced
  • Tuition fees may be refunded
  • A credit amount may be given toward another class
  • No action taken, tuition fees may stand as advertised

 

Changes to this Policy

We may update Our Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy.
